Prior to WearProof, many fabric warranties simply guaranteed that the fabric would be free of defects. Millennium Fabrics by Milliken® WearProof warranty goes much further. We’re guaranteeing that the product will perform just like we say it will. If for some reason, the product fails to perform as promised when used indoors as furniture upholstery, Milliken will replace the fabric or refund the fabric purchase price.

WearProof also guarantees that Millennium Fabrics meet upholstery fabric industry standards of breaking strength and seam slippage.

How To Make A Claim On WearProof

If for some reason the product fails to perform as promised when used indoors as furniture upholstery, we’ll replace the fabric or refund the fabric purchase price. The warranty provided herein is in lieu of any and all other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. This warranty does not cover damages or loss of performance caused by punctures, tears, excessive wear, color loss of any kind, or improper furniture manufacturing or design which results in unsealed seams or holes in the fabric. Milliken will not be liable for incidental or consequential damage, any fabrication or installation costs.
